1. General Provisions
These general conditions apply to all products and services offered by Walk4Leaders. They are valid for all clients, suppliers, and third parties interacting with Walk4Leaders, whether or not bound by a prior agreement.

2. Contract Formalization and Obligations
To contract any activity with Walk4Leaders—including workshops, Masterclass programs, courses, or related services—the prior signing of the engagement form is mandatory.
Additionally, when deemed necessary, the client must complete and sign the questionnaire and the confidentiality agreement, ensuring compliance with the established terms and protection of sensitive information.
3. Payment Terms
- Service contracts require a 40% advance payment of the total amount, which is non-refundable.
- Invoices must be paid within 14 days of issuance. In case of non-payment, the client will incur 1% monthly interest, plus a penalty of 10% of the total amount, with a minimum of €250.
- Installment payment option: A staggered payment plan may be agreed upon in consultation with Walk4Leaders. However, Walk4Leaders is not obligated to accept this arrangement and reserves the right to define specific conditions for deferred payment.
Service Cancellation Terms
In accordance with Article 102 and subsequent articles of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, approving the revised text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users, the client may exercise their right of withdrawal without penalty within 15 calendar days from the start of the service.
This period begins either from the signing of the contract or from the first payment made for coaching services, individual sessions, events, or workshops provided by Walk4Leaders.
To exercise this right, the client must communicate their decision clearly and formally through the official channels established by the company.

4. Intellectual Property and Confidentiality
- Disclosure and copying prohibition: It is strictly forbidden to disclose, share, copy, reproduce, distribute, or use in any way the literature, educational materials, courses, publications, or any other content from Walk4Leaders without prior written authorization.
- Copyright: All materials published by Walk4Leaders are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use may result in legal action under Spanish law.
5. Liability Disclaimer
In accordance with current Spanish legislation, Walk4Leaders is not responsible for any accident, incident, or damage caused by the participant to themselves, third parties, or property during any event or activity organized by Walk4Leaders.
Each participant is responsible for their own safety and well-being, as well as for any damage they may cause to others or to material goods. It is recommended that participants have appropriate civil liability and accident insurance to cover any eventuality.
6. Contract Termination
If the client fails to comply with the payment terms, Walk4Leaders reserves the right to terminate the contract immediately, with written notice.
7. Applicable Law
All contractual relationships with Walk4Leaders are subject to Spanish law, and any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Alicante.
